JS roller structures good advantage?
Advantage for JS roller structure
JS rollers are introduced advanced modern Japanese technology,improve its load capacity,could be better suit for todays'workshop and warehouse.
There are following advantages:
1.roller tube
Use good quality welding steel tube,could better insure its load and strength,all our roller tubes are opened a moudule to produce these special tube,which is different from normal tube.
2.roller structure
Use crimping end cap structure,which ask for strong steel tube to finish this working procedure,so that our rollers could better insure its load capacity.
Crimping end cap structure has another advantage which is easy to change bearing.
If bearings are broken,we could change its bearing easily without changing its whole roller,just change bearing only.
3.roller bearing
There are two kinds of bearings suitable for this rollers,stamping bearing and cutting bearing.
Stamping bearing could be moved smoothly,which could resist dust.But there are some noise when it works.
Cutting bearing could be moved better,which is with grease,less noise,working more smoothly and steadily.
4.roller axis&shaft
Hollow axis and solid axis,it depends on customer's request.Hollow axis is suitbale for conveying light and medium weight products,reduce its own material and weight.
Solid axis is suitable for heavy load situation,used for diameter roller 60mm,76mm.
5.roller surface treatment
zinc plating surface is the most standard treatment for rollers which is have advantage of rust resistance,good looking.
Chroming plating surface is better than zinc palting,but it is a little expensive.
Rubber roll and PU roll surface coat is suitable for conveying crisp products,which could protect its surface scratching.
