roller surface treatment?
There are following three ways to provide surface treatment for rollers according to different working environment and working situation.
1.zinc plating
zinc plating treatment is suitable for industrial society such as instrument,electromechanical,agricultural machinery,national defense.Which is the most standard way for surface treatment,could be regarded as environmental protection galvanization.Comparing with traditional oxidation galvanization,there are many advantages as follows:
(1)there is no virulent cyanide,easy to deal with waste water.

2.hard chromium plating
Which is called wear-resisting chromium,could be improve surface hardness,wear-resistance,hot resistance and corrosion resistance.Which is suitable for moudule,valve,print and papermaking rollers.
3.rubber roll surface
Rubber roll roller is with advantage of elasticity,wear-resistance,acid resistace,oil resistance,hot resistance and rust resistance.There are two standard rubber roll,natural rubber and nitrile rubber buna,color is green,grey and black.
